Joe Carbon is my hero! He and Terri always go the extra mile in caring for their customers. Wouldn’t you know, my A/C started acting up just as we were heading into the hottest time of year. I called Joe, and like the old joke, the A/C worked just fine….while in the mechanics hands. Ugh….now what to do! Auto wizard that he is, Joe suggested a couple of possible causes and started doing extensive research on the problem. He discovered a technical service bulletin put out by the manufacturer referring to a part on my A/C compressor and a diagnostic procedure to confirm the problem. As it turns out, the manufacturer had been required to provide a warranty extension beyond my expired vehicle warranty. Joe even printed me a copy of the technical service bulletin to take to my local dealer. I qualified for the free repair and they took care of it at no charge to me.
