“In November of 2014, I accompanied my wife to New York while she competed in the NYC Marathon. While there, one of my employees driving a company work vehicle struck a deer on I-77. Luckily, there was only vehicular damage, but handling the situation from New York was proving to be difficult. That’s when I called Joe.
He made a special trip to retrieve the vehicle from the side of the road, and cross loaded equipment including keys and a laptop he knew would be needed into a second vehicle so it would be ready for my employees that night. He even dropped off items at my place of business so they would be there to have picked up and staged a secondary work vehicle where it was needed for my employee for the following shift. Then he handled all of the insurance and repair issues that were necessary to get my truck back and operational. If it was not for this personalized service, I would have been forced to entrust my vehicle and equipment to unknown towing service and body shop personnel. It allowed me to coordinate and keep my operations moving and on-time the next night.
