“After another company recommended an additional $1,100 worth of repair work, GO-FAR re-evaluated the additional estimate and confirmed that those repairs were not necessary!”
When our 2002 Ford Explorer had a major breakdown, we called GO-FAR for help. Although Joe & Terri were away on vacation, they made themselves available to discuss our issue even though we had to enlist another automotive company to repair our truck. The other company recommended replacing a reservoir housing that had caused the engine to overheat but also recommended an additional $1,100 worth of repair work. Joe walked us through their estimate and agreed that the cooling system repairs were warranted but determined that the additional repair work may not be necessary. A few weeks later, GO-FAR re-evaluated the additional estimate and confirmed that those repairs were not necessary.
We cannot thank you enough for taking the time out of your vacation to help and for saving us a lot of extra money that we would have spent. Our Guardian Angels were truly “just a phone call away”.
