Deciding to call Joe turned out to be one of the best automotive decisions I have ever made. I have zero knowledge when it comes to auto repair so I often feel vulnerable and have issues trusting mechanics. I have used many shops in the Mooresville area and never felt 100% confident in the advice given or services performed. I had a ten year old Chevrolet Cobalt that clearly had engine issues despite only having 104k miles on it. Joe was able to come to my residence and tow the vehicle for me. Ultimately through lots of Joe’s guidance and advice, we came to the difficult decision that rebuilding the engine just wasn’t sensible. Although this meant Joe wouldn’t have any work to do on the vehicle, he still gave this advice when many other mechanics would have just seen dollar signs. I felt like Joe treated me in the same regard he would his own family member and helped me come to the conclusion that was in my best interest, not his own. Joe and his wife Terri were very easy to reach throughout the process and were always available when I needed to call upon them. In Joe, I have finally found a mechanic in Mooresville that I feel I can trust, and thus, he has gained a customer for life.”
