The only phrase that comes to mind regarding my last repair with Joe is “it takes a village“.
The repair on my convertible top was so unique it took multiple professional car people to evaluate, recommend, and repair my car. All orchestrated by Joe.
As no replacement parts were available from the manufacturer, the estimates for repairs from the car dealerships were incredibly insane. Plus, we had no trust in their ability to do the job.
