"Our family has a long history of "Guardian Angelship"."
Our family has a long history of “Guardian Angelship”. While Joe and Terri have taken care of our Nissan 350Z and Mercedes, there have been a number of Guardian Moments with other vehicles. There was the time that our Dodge Durango had a problem with an A/C controller that had been to the Dodge dealer a number of times and they could never solve the problem. Joe found a loose ground wire in the overhead console that fixed it. Most recently, the Durango suddenly began making an awful racket that scared us both. As the Durango is a Hemi engine and very expensive to repair; Joe suggested some exploratory surgery to assess the damage. A few hours later, Joe reported that the motor was terminal and repairs would far exceed the reasonable value of the truck. He recommended we not repair it and list it on Craig’s List as a repairable vehicle because it was a Hemi truck. Sure enough, within a day, we had sold the truck at a great price and even recouped monies laid out for relatively new tires.
And then there was our son Austin’s recently acquired pickup truck. A previous shop was supposed to have replaced rear wheel brake cylinders along with some other repairs. As Joe began his evaluation, he discovered that those rear wheel cylinders were leaking and clearly did not appear to be recently changed. We understand that it could have led to a loss of brakes while driving. It’s this kind of thorough process and concern for our best interest that keeps us part of Joe and Terri’s “GO-FAR Family”. We really feel like we have a Guardian Angel looking out for us!
